1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Curvelle website and the purchase of any products offered through it (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Curvelle, LLC ("Curvelle," "we," "us"). By accessing the site, completing the age verification, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Age restriction (18+)
The Services are intended solely for adults aged 18 years or older. Products sold are adult products. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you will not permit any minor to access the Services or any product purchased from us. We use an age-verification gate and reserve the right to cancel any order where we reasonably believe the purchaser is underage.
3. Adult-only depictions
All products, descriptions, names, likenesses and imagery offered or displayed on the Services represent fictional adults aged 18 years or older. Curvelle does not sell, depict, or facilitate any product designed to resemble a minor. All companion products offered are a minimum of 150 cm in height and possess unambiguously adult characteristics. Any request inconsistent with this policy will be refused.
4. Eligibility and shipping restrictions
We sell and ship only within the United States, excluding the State of Alabama. We do not ship to Alabama due to applicable state statute, and any order placed for an Alabama address will be cancelled and refunded. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and possession of the products is lawful in your jurisdiction.
5. Dropship fulfillment
Curvelle is a curated dropship retailer. Products are fulfilled and shipped directly by our manufacturer partners (including Real Lady, Irontech, WM Doll and SexDollTorso) from US-based inventory. See our FTC Disclosure for details on our business model.
6. Orders, pricing and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms. Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor; by ordering you also agree to that processor's terms. An order is not accepted until we confirm dispatch.
7. Final-sale & hygiene policy
For health and hygiene reasons, intimate products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded after delivery. Genuine manufacturing defects and shipping damage are addressed under our Shipping & Returns policy. This Section does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services unlawfully, to resell products without authorization, to misrepresent your age or identity, or to interfere with the operation or security of the site. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Services — text, design, logos, and original imagery — is owned by or licensed to Curvelle and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
10. Disclaimers
The Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curvelle disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Product descriptions are provided by manufacturers; we do not warrant that they are error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curvelle and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Curvelle, its officers, employees and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
