Discreet packaging
Every order ships in a plain, unbranded outer carton. There is no mention of Curvelle, the manufacturer, or the contents anywhere on the box, the shipping label, or the paperwork inside. The return address is neutral. Your privacy is treated as part of the product.
Discretion guarantee: nothing on or in your package identifies what you have purchased.
Where we ship
Curvelle ships to addresses within the United States, with one exception.
- We do not ship to Alabama. Due to state statute, we cannot sell or deliver these products to addresses within the State of Alabama. Orders placed to Alabama addresses will be cancelled and fully refunded.
- We currently do not ship internationally or to US territories.
Delivery time
Our partner inventory ships from US warehouses, typically in 5–7 business days after your order and any customization options are confirmed. You will receive tracking once your order dispatches. Customized builds (specific skin tone, heating, bust/hip upgrades) may add a short handling window; this will be noted at checkout.
Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Because packaging is plain, carriers see only a standard parcel.
Returns & exchanges
For health and hygiene reasons, intimate products are final-sale once delivered and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded after delivery. This is standard across the industry and protects every customer.
Defects & damage
We stand behind what we sell. If your companion arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or shipping damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with the manufacturer to repair, replace or otherwise make it right at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they dispatch from the warehouse. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
