You may browse products and submit an inquiry; we then respond directly with current price, availability, and the terms applicable to any order. For health and hygiene reasons, intimate products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded after delivery. Genuine manufacturing defects and shipping damage are addressed under our Refunds & Returns policy. This Section does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
