1. How ordering and cancellations work
Curvelle does not take online payment through this website. You send an inquiry, we confirm current price, availability and terms, and any order is arranged directly with you. Cancellation terms — including whether a build has already entered production — are set out clearly at that point, so you always know where you stand before committing. To ask about an existing arrangement, email [email protected].
2. Defective or damaged on arrival
If your companion arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or visible shipping damage:
- Email [email protected] promptly after delivery.
- Include your reference details, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
- We will respond within one business day with next steps — repair, replacement, or another resolution.
We will not ask you to ship the product back unless it is specifically required for inspection, in which case we will arrange the return with you.
3. Used or opened intimate products
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used intimate products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This is standard across the industry and protects every customer. Change of mind or fit/feel preferences are not eligible for return once a product has been removed from its sealed packaging.

4. Alabama orders
We do not ship to Alabama. Due to Alabama state statute, we cannot sell or deliver these products to addresses within the State of Alabama.
5. International orders
Curvelle currently serves only the United States (excluding Alabama). We do not ship internationally or to US territories.
