Refunds & Returns Policy

Summary

1. Cancellations before shipment

You may cancel any order for a full refund at any time before it dispatches from our manufacturer-partner warehouse. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number. Pre-shipment refunds are processed within 1–3 business days; the funds typically appear back on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your issuing bank.

2. Defective or damaged on arrival

Every Curvelle order is inspected by the manufacturer before dispatch, but defects and shipping damage occasionally happen. If your companion arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or visible shipping damage:

  1. Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
  3. We will respond within one business day with next steps — repair, replacement, or full refund — at no cost to you.

We will not ask you to ship the product back unless our manufacturer partner specifically requests it for inspection, in which case we will provide a pre-paid return label.

3. Used or opened intimate products

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used intimate products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This is standard across the adult-novelty industry and protects every customer. Buyer's remorse, change of mind, or fit/feel preferences are not eligible for return once a product has been removed from its sealed packaging.

4. Refund method and timing

All approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method only. We do not issue refunds by cash, check, store credit (unless explicitly agreed), or alternate cards. Standard refund processing time is 5–10 business days from approval, though your bank or card network may take longer to post the credit.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about your order, please contact us first at [email protected]. We respond to every inquiry within 12 hours and resolve the vast majority directly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us can extend resolution time significantly; in cases of clearly fraudulent disputes (e.g. proof of delivery and a signed receipt exist), we will represent the transaction with the card network.

6. Alabama orders

We do not ship to Alabama. Due to Alabama state statute, we cannot sell or deliver these products to addresses within the State of Alabama. If an order is placed to an Alabama address, it will be cancelled and refunded in full automatically within 1–2 business days. No further action is required from you.

7. International orders

Curvelle currently ships only within the United States (excluding Alabama). International orders, if mistakenly placed, will be cancelled and refunded in full.
