Orders ship in a plain, unbranded corrugated carton with no images, no product description and no mention of Curvelle on the outside. The sender appears as a neutral name and the return label is generic. Nobody handling the box — couriers, mailroom staff or a curious neighbor — can tell what is inside. Timelines depend on the specific build and any custom options, so we confirm the expected timeline with you directly as part of your inquiry rather than promising a fixed window here. In-stock configurations are quicker; certain custom options can add time while the build is finished.

Because these are intimate products, an opened or used doll cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons — this is standard across the industry. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly with photos and we will work with you on a repair, replacement or resolution. See our refunds page for the current policy.

Our companions are built from TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), platinum-cure silicone, or a hybrid of a silicone head on a TPE body. TPE is soft and warm; silicone is firmer, more detailed and more hygienic. Each has trade-offs in feel, durability and care. We explain all of this in our materials guide.

Fuller builds carry more material, so they weigh more than a slim doll of the same height. Most adults can manage a full-size doll solo with sensible lifting technique: support the torso, bend at the knees and move slowly. For the fullest builds, a second pair of hands and a wheeled storage case make handling and storage much easier.

Curvelle is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. When you first visit, an age gate asks you to confirm your date of birth before entering, and we confirm again during the inquiry. Every figure we offer is an unambiguously adult body; we never offer childlike dolls under any circumstances.

Clean intimate areas after each use with mild antibacterial soap and lukewarm water, rinse, then pat fully dry. TPE bodies benefit from a talc-free renewal powder periodically; silicone tolerates more frequent cleaning. These are descriptive body-type terms, not quality grades. "Curvy" usually means a defined hourglass with fuller bust and hips on a moderate frame.
