The sender appears as a neutral fulfillment name, and the return label is generic. Nobody handling the box — couriers, mailroom staff or a curious neighbor — can tell what is inside. Because we hold stock in US warehouses, most orders are delivered in 5–7 business days with full tracking, rather than the three-to-six-week waits common with overseas ordering. You receive a tracking number as soon as the carton leaves the warehouse.

Because these are intimate products, an opened or used doll cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons — this is standard across the industry. Unopened orders can be returned within the window described on our refunds page. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund. We inspect every claim individually and fairly.

Yes. Most premium curvy dolls can be tailored at checkout. At checkout we require confirmation again, and we reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be reasonably verified. Due to a specific state statute restricting these products, Curvelle does not sell or ship to addresses within the State of Alabama. Any order placed to an Alabama address will be cancelled and fully refunded. This is the only US shipping restriction we observe; we ship to all other states. We monitor the legal landscape and will update this policy if the statute changes.
Yes. Our manufacturer partners provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, typically covering the skeleton and major construction faults for a defined period after delivery. Normal wear, staining from clothing, and damage from misuse or improper storage are not covered. If you believe you have a defect, contact us with photos and we will coordinate the warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.

These are descriptive body-type terms, not quality grades. "Curvy" usually means a defined hourglass with fuller bust and hips on a moderate frame. "Voluptuous" adds more softness and exaggerated curves throughout. "BBW" (big beautiful woman) describes the fullest, softest builds with the most generous proportions everywhere. Yes. As soon as your carton leaves our warehouse you receive a tracking number by email. You can follow the shipment through the carrier's site or a tracking app without any reference to Curvelle or the product appearing in notifications. For added privacy you can choose signature-on-delivery or hold-at-location options where the carrier supports them, as covered on our discreet shipping page.
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or defective, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours through our contact page. We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement part or full replacement as appropriate, at no cost to you for genuine manufacturing or shipping damage. Keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved, as carriers sometimes require it.
