Plain, unbranded packaging

Orders are packed in a plain corrugated carton — no images, no logos, no product photos, and no brand name printed on the outside. From the curb it looks like any other parcel: a plain box of unremarkable appearance. There is nothing on the exterior that hints at the category, the contents or the retailer. This is the most important layer of discretion.

Neutral labels and no description

The shipping label lists your delivery address and a neutral sender name, not "Curvelle" and not the product. Critically, there is no description of the contents on the box or accompanying paperwork — no packing slip that names the item. A courier, a mailroom, a building concierge or a neighbor sees only an ordinary package addressed to you.

Delivery options for extra privacy

How a parcel is delivered is often the most exposed moment, so it is worth choosing deliberately. Depending on the carrier serving your address, options can typically include:

• Signature on delivery. Ensures the parcel is handed to a person rather than left in the open.
• Hold at location. Route the parcel to a carrier pickup point, locker or local depot and collect it yourself on your schedule — ideal if you share a home.
• Delivery instructions. Most carriers let you specify a safe place or preferred time window through their app.

A note on PO boxes: a full-size companion doll ships in a carton that may exceed PO box dimensions. What couriers and neighbors actually see

It is worth being concrete. A courier sees a plain box with a shipping label and a neutral sender — the same information they handle on thousands of ordinary parcels. They have no description of the contents. A neighbor or housemate sees, at most, a plain box addressed to you. Nothing on the exterior reveals the category.

Living with a roommate, family or shared building

Discretion matters most when you do not live alone, and the approach is built with that in mind. Because nothing on the exterior identifies the product, a parcel briefly handled by a housemate or left in a shared lobby reveals nothing. For the delivery moment itself, hold-at-location is often the strongest option: the carton waits at a depot or locker until you collect it personally. If you receive at home, a signature requirement ensures it is handed to you rather than left out. Many buyers in apartments simply route the delivery to a pickup point and bring it home themselves.
